Recognize how clinical signs may present in skin of color
On lighter skin tones, PN nodules may appear red or pink.3,4
On darker skin tones, PN nodules may appear purple, blue, brown, or black.3-5
PN nodules are frequently larger and firmer on darker skin.6
Scratching and picking may result in bleeding and scarring.1,2,7
