• Symptoms: food refusal, vomiting, and regurgitation
• Histologic findings: 37 EOS/HPF
• Endoscopic findings: edema, exudates, and mild furrows
• Uncontrolled on high-dose PPIs and elimination diet

• Difficulty eating upsets the patient at mealtimes
• Her caregiver is concerned about the impacts of long-term uncontrolled symptoms
• Maintaining elimination diet
