- Endoscopic findings: edema, exudates, mild furrows
- Uncontrolled on PPIs

- Patient says she’s feeling fine, but she’s cutting food into tiny pieces
- Hesitates to eat dinner out
- Gets embarrassed that it takes her a long time to eat
